Secret Projects Community Benefit Society (SPCBS) 2nd AGM September 21st 2022
The 2nd AGM of SPCBS was held on Wednesday 21st September 2022 from 1-2pm BST.

We were delighted to welcome 44 Shareholders to the meeting who attended either in person or represented by a proxy. 7 Shareholders sent apologies for absence.
The presentations and Agenda
The 4 Directors of SPCBS (Banke Ajayi, Fritha Vincent Mason,  each gave presentations, covering:

Our Profit and Loss statement, sales activities and plans, communications, our operation in India, Society rules as well as the re-election of our CEO, Fritha Vincent Mason.

The Directors were delighted with the outcome of the meeting and received some positive feedback from Shareholders

The Directors also received thanks for bring Secret Projects through a very challenging time globally during the pandemic.
